Ride share is not available in Mammoth Lakes. Please plan your transportation accordingly.
Road conditions can be a concern, though we don't expect any difficulties this early in the season. For up-to-date road conditions, visit the CalTrans website.

Average temps in October are 60°F during the day and 30°F at night. A jacket is recommended for the evenings.
Mammoth Lakes is around 8,000 ft. elevation. If you're not used to the altitude, you may experience altitude sickness. Drink plenty of water and take it easy the first day or two. The effects of alcohol are also amplified at higher elevations, so please drink responsibly.

No pets or guests under 21 are allowed at the wedding.
Please no smoking or vaping near the reception tent or during the ceremony.
Please no flash photography during the ceremony.
Cell service is spotty at Convict Lake. The venue has WiFi, but it's not very reliable.
Please be respectful of the venue and the surrounding area. We want to leave it as beautiful as we found it.
Gratuity is included in the cost of the wedding. It is not necessary to tip the service staff.
The venue has a strict 10pm curfew.
